Once again the virus is spreading in the refugee camp in Lesvos. Our partners intensify their awareness campaigns.
More than 100 cases of Corona cases have been detected in May inside the new camp, three patients are seriously ill and need treatment in Mytillini hospital. Due to the bad living conditions the virus can spread easily. Therefore our local partners from Stand by me Lesvos and the Moria Corona Awareness Team (MCAT) intesify their awareness campaigns and printed new flyers in four languages for all camp residents. Additionally they distributed hand desinfection. Wadi paid the printing costs and is also giving other support to this campaign.
